Watched National Geograph(ic yesterday " the girl who lived in the dark" Living in rural china, this little yr, 9 yr old, has a rare genetic (?) disorder, making her sensitive to UV rays. SHe cannot be exposed to the sun's rays, and has high chances of getting skin cancer. When she went to the doc, she has 4 tumors on her face. Doc removed her face, did skin grafts, failed, did skin grafts again. and found out that her cancer has spread. She died shortly after operations, and attended school for a few weeks.
Watched Youtube " the 80 yr old children" 5 kids in an Indian family striken with genetic disorder, making them suffer from ailments of the old.
too sad to watch to the end.
